Preparation

  • Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl.
  • Use a wooden spoon or a handheld mixer to combine everything well.
  • Shape the mixture into balls, about 1 inch in size, and place them on a plate or in a Tupperware container.
  • You can eat them right away or refrigerate for about 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving.

Notes

Store any leftover energy balls in a covered container in the fridge. They can last about a week. For longer storage, you can freeze them for up to three months.
