Preparation

  • Using a stand mixer or a medium-sized mixing bowl with a handheld mixer, beat the cream cheese for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes until smooth.
  • Add the clear vanilla flavoring and almond extract, and continue mixing for another 30 seconds.
  • Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing for an additional 1 1/2 to 2 minutes until completely smooth.
  • Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until combined.
  • Fold in 1/4 cup of the holiday jimmies sprinkles.
  • Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  • Just before serving, sprinkle the dip with the reserved 2 tablespoons of sprinkles.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. The dip may last even less during the holidays due to its popularity!
